Monday, 11/28- Friday, 12/2, District Writing Assessment for Grade 10: For the entire week we will be reading, organizing and composing an Argumentative Synthesis Essay on the Syrian Crisis for our District Writing Assessment that mirrors the official State test for 10th graders in Reading and Writing. The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate your ability to write an argumentative synthesis essay that will meet or exceed state standards.Once graded, individual conferences will take place to go over results and areas for improvement before the state test in May.
